Call Forwarding — How to Set and Remove

To forward your calls to another number

From your desk phone:

1. Pick up the handset
2. Dial the call forward activation code (typically *72 or *21*)
3. Enter the number you want to forward to
4. Hang up — forwarding is now active

To remove call forwarding

1. Pick up the handset
2. Dial the call forward deactivation code (typically *73 or #21#)
3. Hang up — calls will now ring your extension as normal

Note: The exact codes may vary depending on your phone system. If these codes don't work, raise a ticket and we'll configure it for you.
