How to Escalate a Ticket
If your ticket needs more urgent attention you can escalate it.
If you feel your ticket isn't being resolved quickly enough or needs more urgent attention, you can escalate it.
Step 1 — Reply to your ticket email
Add any new information and request an update. This alerts the assigned engineer.
Step 2 — Call us
Phone 0203 026 6317 and reference your ticket number. Ask to speak with a senior engineer or team lead.
Step 3 — Email management
If you've followed steps 1 and 2 and are still not satisfied, email chris@edisonnetworks.net with your ticket number and a summary of the issue.
We take every escalation seriously and will review the ticket immediately.
