# How to Log a Support Ticket

## There are three ways to raise a support ticket with Edison Networks.

There are three ways to raise a support ticket with Edison Networks. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.

### By Email (Recommended)

Send an email to **support@edisonnetworks.net** with a clear subject line describing your issue. A ticket will be created automatically and you'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket reference number.

For Bicom VoIP-specific issues, email **bicomsupport@edisonnetworks.net** instead.

### By Phone

Call us on **0203 026 6317**. Our team will log the ticket on your behalf during the call.

### Via the Customer Portal

Log in to your Edison Networks customer portal to submit a ticket directly. You can also track the progress of your existing tickets from here.

### What happens next?

Once your ticket is logged, it will be triaged and assigned a priority level. You'll receive updates by email as your ticket progresses. You can reply to any ticket email to add additional information.
