How to Log a Support Ticket

There are three ways to raise a support ticket with Edison Networks.

There are three ways to raise a support ticket with Edison Networks. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.

By Email (Recommended)

Send an email to support@edisonnetworks.net with a clear subject line describing your issue. A ticket will be created automatically and you'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket reference number.

For Bicom VoIP-specific issues, email bicomsupport@edisonnetworks.net instead.

By Phone

Call us on 0203 026 6317. Our team will log the ticket on your behalf during the call.

Via the Customer Portal

Log in to your Edison Networks customer portal to submit a ticket directly. You can also track the progress of your existing tickets from here.

What happens next?

Once your ticket is logged, it will be triaged and assigned a priority level. You'll receive updates by email as your ticket progresses. You can reply to any ticket email to add additional information.
