How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your Microsoft 365 password follow these steps.

Self-Service Password Reset (if enabled)

  1. Go to https://aka.ms/sspr
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Complete the verification (text message, authenticator app, or alternative email)
  4. Choose a new password
  5. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers

If self-service reset isn't available

Email support@edisonnetworks.net or call 0203 026 6317 and we'll reset it for you. For security, we'll verify your identity before making the change.

After resetting your password

  • Update the password on all your devices (laptop, phone, tablet)
  • If you use Outlook on your phone, you may need to remove and re-add the account
  • Your new password will sync across all Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
