# How to Reset Your Password

## If you've forgotten your Microsoft 365 password follow these steps.

### Self-Service Password Reset (if enabled)

1. Go to [https://aka.ms/sspr](https://aka.ms/sspr)
2. Enter your email address
3. Complete the verification (text message, authenticator app, or alternative email)
4. Choose a new password
5. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers

### If self-service reset isn't available

Email support@edisonnetworks.net or call **0203 026 6317** and we'll reset it for you. For security, we'll verify your identity before making the change.

### After resetting your password

- Update the password on all your devices (laptop, phone, tablet)
- If you use Outlook on your phone, you may need to remove and re-add the account
- Your new password will sync across all Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
