For complete service outages affecting your entire business, call 0203 026 6317. If your issue qualifies as P1, we will respond as quickly as possible.
Non-urgent issues outside of hours
Email support@edisonnetworks.net and your ticket will be picked up at the start of the next working day.
Planned maintenance
We occasionally perform maintenance outside of business hours. You will always be notified in advance of any planned work that may affect your services.
