# Reporting a Suspicious Email

## Report suspicious emails immediately for investigation.

If you receive an email that looks suspicious or may be a phishing attempt, report it immediately.

### How to report

1. Do NOT click any links or open attachments in the email
2. Forward the suspicious email as an attachment to **support@edisonnetworks.net** (In Outlook: select the email, go to Home \> More \> Forward as Attachment)
3. Delete the email from your inbox after forwarding

### What we'll do

- Analyse the email for threats
- Block the sender if confirmed malicious
- Alert other users if the phishing campaign is targeting your organisation
- Let you know the outcome

### If you've already clicked a link or entered information

1. Call us immediately on **0203 026 6317**
2. Change your password straight away
3. Do not use the compromised device until we've confirmed it's safe
