Reporting a Suspicious Email

Report suspicious emails immediately for investigation.

If you receive an email that looks suspicious or may be a phishing attempt, report it immediately.

How to report

  1. Do NOT click any links or open attachments in the email
  2. Forward the suspicious email as an attachment to support@edisonnetworks.net (In Outlook: select the email, go to Home > More > Forward as Attachment)
  3. Delete the email from your inbox after forwarding

What we'll do

  • Analyse the email for threats
  • Block the sender if confirmed malicious
  • Alert other users if the phishing campaign is targeting your organisation
  • Let you know the outcome

If you've already clicked a link or entered information

  1. Call us immediately on 0203 026 6317
  2. Change your password straight away
  3. Do not use the compromised device until we've confirmed it's safe
