Reporting a Suspicious Email
Report suspicious emails immediately for investigation.
If you receive an email that looks suspicious or may be a phishing attempt, report it immediately.
How to report
- Do NOT click any links or open attachments in the email
- Forward the suspicious email as an attachment to support@edisonnetworks.net (In Outlook: select the email, go to Home > More > Forward as Attachment)
- Delete the email from your inbox after forwarding
What we'll do
- Analyse the email for threats
- Block the sender if confirmed malicious
- Alert other users if the phishing campaign is targeting your organisation
- Let you know the outcome
If you've already clicked a link or entered information
- Call us immediately on 0203 026 6317
- Change your password straight away
- Do not use the compromised device until we've confirmed it's safe
