Setting Up Email on Your Phone (iOS & Android)
Set up your work email on your mobile device.
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
- Open Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
- Select Microsoft Exchange
- Enter your full email address and tap Next
- Select Sign In (Microsoft)
- Enter your password
- If prompted for MFA, complete the verification
- Choose which items to sync (Mail, Calendar, Contacts) and tap Save
Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)
- Open Settings > Accounts > Add Account
- Select Exchange or Microsoft 365
- Enter your full email address
- Enter your password
- Complete MFA if prompted
- Choose sync settings and tap Done
Using the Outlook App (Recommended)
- Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app and tap Add Account
- Enter your email address and password
- Complete MFA if prompted
- Your email, calendar, and contacts will sync automatically
If you have trouble connecting, ensure you have the latest version of your phone's operating system installed and that MFA is set up correctly.
