Voicemail Setup and Access

Set up your voicemail and learn how to check messages.

Setting up your voicemail for the first time

  1. Dial your voicemail access number (typically *97 or *98 from your desk phone)
  2. Enter the default PIN (provided during onboarding — usually 1234)
  3. Follow the prompts to change your PIN (required), record your name, and record your greeting

Checking your voicemail

  • From your desk phone: Dial the voicemail access number and enter your PIN
  • From your email: Voicemail messages may be delivered to your inbox as audio attachments (if enabled)
  • From your mobile: Dial your extension number from your softphone app

Resetting your voicemail PIN
