VPN Connection Troubleshooting
Follow these steps if you can't connect to the company VPN.
If you can't connect to the company VPN, follow these steps.
Step 1 — Check your internet connection
VPN requires a working internet connection. Make sure you can browse websites before trying to connect.
Step 2 — Restart the VPN client
Close your VPN application completely and reopen it. Try connecting again.
Step 3 — Check your credentials
If your password was recently changed, update it in the VPN client. Some VPN clients store old passwords.
Step 4 — Try a different network
Some public WiFi networks (hotels, coffee shops) block VPN traffic. Try using your phone's hotspot as a test.
Step 5 — Restart your device
A full restart can resolve VPN driver issues.
If you still can't connect, raise a ticket with: the VPN client you're using, any error messages, and what network you're connecting from.
