Included

  • Unlimited remote support during business hours
  • Monitoring and management of your IT infrastructure
  • Patch management and security updates
  • Backup monitoring and management
  • User administration (new starters, leavers, access changes)
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Network management (routers, switches, access points)
  • VoIP phone system management
  • Security monitoring and incident response

Not Typically Included (Billed Separately)

  • Project work (office moves, new system deployments, large migrations)
  • Hardware procurement (we can source and quote, but hardware costs are additional)
  • Third-party software support (we'll help where we can, but specialist vendor support may be required)
  • Training sessions
  • On-site visits beyond your contract allowance
